ABOUT TITAN
Titan is building the AI workforce for IT. We deploy AI agents across our portfolio of Managed Service Providers and enterprise customers: agents that monitor, triage, and resolve work across the service desk, infrastructure, security, identity, endpoint, and application operations. The result is faster resolutions, better uptime, and more proactive, personalized support, delivered 24/7.
In under a year we've raised over $100M from General Catalyst, 8VC, and CalPERS, acquired market-leading MSPs like RFA, and put agents into production in large enterprises. We've automated 100K+ tickets across 400+ customers. Our tech team has talent from Scale AI, CoreWeave, Vanta, Dropbox, Meta, FiveRings, TwoSigma, Amazon, Harvard, Stanford, and MIT.
Joining Titan means helping redefine how work gets done in IT services, and building a $100B company.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Titan's Forward Deployed Engineering team works with our partners and customers to put AI agents into production across their operations. We sit at the intersection of partner delivery and core platform engineering.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Forward Deployed Engineers lead Titan deployments end to end with our MSP and enterprise partners. You own discovery, scoping, the build, and the production rollout, working directly with partner IT teams. You'll architect integrations, write production code, and deploy agents at scale, then sit with customer and partner leadership to shape business outcomes and strategy.
You own and measure success by adoption in production, measurable impact on customer and partners' operations, and field feedback that evolves our platform and agents. You work closely with other engineers, Operations, Product, and GTM.
This role is based in San Francisco or New York City, in office.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Own technical delivery across partner and customer deployments, from first integration to stable production
- Define the problems needing solving in each deployment and scope what to build to solve them
- Build performant and reliable agents, integrations, and systems each deployment needs
- Embed with portfolio teams and customers, understand how they work, and drive adoption of the tools you build
- Architect and build the high-quality software systems that power Titan's core platform
- Turn what works in one deployment into tools, playbooks, and building blocks the next one can reuse
YOU MIGHT THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU
- Bring 3+ years of experience in engineering or technical deployment, including customer-facing work
- Have owned and shipped complex systems in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Take extreme ownership of problems and delivery
- Write and review production-grade code in TypeScript, Python, or a comparable stack
- Have built or shipped LLM-powered systems and know how model behavior shapes the product experience
- Communicate clearly with engineers, customers, and partner stakeholders
- Bonus: experience in IT operations, MSPs, or infosec
