Job description

WHO WE ARE Foundation models transformed text and images. Structured data - the largest and most consequential data format in the world - stayed untouched, until now. What LLMs did for language, we're doing for tables. We pioneered tabular foundation models: TabPFN v2 was a Nature nature.com cover story, has passed 3.5M+ downloads and 7,500+ GitHub stars, and runs in production from detecting lung disease with Oxford Cancer Analytics oxcan.org to preventing train failures with Hitachi siliconangle.com. The hardest problems - millions of rows, real-time inference, entirely new modalities - are still open, and no one else is working on them at this level. We're a small, highly selective team of 40+ priorlabs.ai with backgrounds from Google, DeepMind, Meta, Apple, Amazon, Jane Street, and CERN, led by Frank Hutter linkedin.com, Noah Hollmann linkedin.com, and Sauraj Gambhir linkedin.com, and advised by Bernhard Schölkopf and Turing Award winner Yann LeCun. In July 2026, less than 18 months after our €9M pre-seed, we joined SAP priorlabs.ai as an independent frontier AI lab - same team, mission, and open-weights models, now backed by more than €1 billion over four years. About the Role We are hiring our first Partner Manager to execute and scale our partnerships motion. You'll be the operational backbone of how we structure, run, and grow relationships with cloud providers, data and analytics vendors, and system integrators. This is a hands-on execution role - you'll be in the details of active partnerships, owning relationships and making sure commitments are met, incentives are working, and relationships translate into pipeline. Partnership Execution - Own the day-to-day execution of active partnerships across existing cloud providers, data and analytics vendors, and SI/consultancy relationships - Track commitments on both sides and ensure follow-through internally and externally - Coordinate with internal engineering teams and developer relations to make sure technical resources are deployed on partner deals effectively Deal Structure and Commercial Operations - Work on the structure of partner agreements - co-sell arrangements, referral tiers, reseller terms, and delivery incentives - Support pricing and packaging discussions with partners - Maintain accurate records of partner agreements, terms, and performance in CRM Internal Coordination - Act as the connective tissue between partnerships, direct sales, and the technical GTM team - Flag when partner commitments are getting ahead of delivery capacity - Work with the sales team to align on account ownership and ensure channel clarity Partner Development - Help onboard new partners and get relationships into a productive state quickly - Identify where existing partnerships are underperforming and surface what needs to change - Contribute to building the playbooks, templates, and processes that will scale the function What you bring - 3-5 years in a partnerships, alliances, or BD role at a data infrastructure, ML tooling, developer tools, or deep tech company. - Experience working on partner commercial structures - not just managing relationships but understanding how the incentive mechanisms work - Strong internal coordination skills; comfortable working across sales, technical, and product teams simultaneously - Detail-oriented and reliable on follow-through; partners and internal teams alike know they can count on you - Familiarity with cloud provider partner programs a strong plus Why this role is exciting - First Partner Manager at a company building a genuinely new category in AI - Direct exposure to how enterprise partnerships are structured and scaled from the ground up - Work closely with the commercial founder on a motion that will be a major growth driver - Clear path into senior partnerships or BD roles as the function scales LIFE AT PRIOR LABS You'll work alongside researchers and builders who hold themselves to a very high bar - in the quality of their work and in how they work with each other. We move fast and still take the time to do things right. Our teams are based in Berlin, Freiburg, and New York - when you're working on something as hard as TabPFN, being in the same room matters. But great people come from everywhere, and in exceptional cases we're open to remote, which usually means frequent travel to one of our offices. Wherever you're based, the whole company comes together regularly for offsites to build and celebrate together. OUR COMMITMENTS The best products and teams are built by people with a wide range of perspectives and backgrounds. We welcome applications from all identities and walks of life - especially if you've ever felt discouraged by "not checking every box" - and provide equal opportunities regardless of gender, sexual orientation, origin, disability, or any other trait that makes you who you are. We care about how your data is handled - see our Recruiting Data Privacy priorlabs.ai page
