Key Responsibilities • Configure and implement ServiceNow AI and Now Assist capabilities. • Design GenAI-driven use cases for case summarization, knowledge generation, virtual agents, and task automation. • Build AI-assisted workflows and automation solutions. • Integrate external LLMs and AI services with ServiceNow. • Develop prompt engineering and RAG-based solutions. • Configure AI governance, monitoring, and security controls. • Support AI adoption and business value realization. • Collaborate with architects and process owners to identify AI opportunities. Required Skills • Experience with ServiceNow AI, Now Assist, and Conversational AI. • Knowledge of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI Agents. • Experience with REST APIs, Integration Hub, and enterprise integrations. • Understanding of workflow automation and ServiceNow platform architecture. • Python and AI framework knowledge preferred. Preferred Certifications : CSA, CAD, ServiceNow AI Certifications, Azure AI or AWS AI Certifications.
