Job description

Getting paid is the single most important thing a business does — and there's not just one option, there are many depending on their needs: invoicing, card-on-file, in-person, recurring billing, and more, each with its own process. The needs also shift by segment — a solo SMB owner wants a payment link that just works; a mid-market business is managing approval chains and reconciliation at real volume. Business owners shouldn't have to think about any of this. They just want it to be easy and to feel like one connected experience. We're looking for a Principal Designer who can define what payments should feel like when AI does the hard work on a business owner's behalf — chasing the invoice, flagging the risk, reconciling the mismatch, deciding the next best action — so our customers get back the time and peace of mind to run their business instead of running after their money.
