JOB SUMMARY: This is an Operations Analyst I position in the General Tax Administration Program's, Return and Revenue Processing, Data Management Unit. The incumbent is responsible for workflow management and monitoring, resolving problems, aiding employees, and serving as a liaison between managers, work units, and other processes. The incumbent prioritizes and assigns work, completes quality reviews of processed work, research documents, and reports errors received from internal customers. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: • Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue's General Tax Administration Program, Return and Revenue Processing Process. • One year of experience processing tax returns using the Fairfax Imaging Management System (IMS). • One year of experience creating or maintaining accounts in the System for Unified Taxation (SUNTAX) via Social GUI/Social Daemon or the Modernize Electronic Filers (MEF) Report. • Six months of experience processing tax returns in the Data Management Fairfax Work Queues. • Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word. SPECIAL NOTES: • The work hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. SALARY: The hiring salary for this position generally will not exceed $3,537.79 monthly/$42,453.48 annually.
