Full-time • Flexible schedule with required presence during Central Time business hours • Remote position • Monthly retainer with potential for growth to full-time • Opportunity to take on additional client accounts as we grow What We're Looking For Someone who can hit the ground running, take full ownership of client search programs across paid and organic, and free up our team to focus on strategic growth initiatives. You should bring executive presence to client relationships: leading strategy conversations, setting expectations, and presenting results directly to decision makers. We need someone who thinks like an owner and sees paid and organic as one system rather than two silos, proactively identifying opportunities, recommending new approaches, and driving results without constant oversight.
