• Over 15 years of experiecne with At least 10 years of Agile coaching experience • Minimum 5 years of software development experience • Proven experience coaching for agile product transformations in large, complex environments • Demonstrated hands-on experience leading enterprise-wide agile transformation initiatives • Strong background in change management, organizational design, and driving cultural transformation at scale • Certified Agile Coach (ICP-Client, ICP-ATF), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or equivalent credentials.
