Surface expansion opportunities and partner with AEs on renewals and upsells. - Be the Voice of the Customer: You'll hear every request, edge case and frustration first. Translate that into product feedback, bug reports and roadmap input that keeps us ahead. - Build the Function: Create the onboarding playbooks, health metrics and support processes we'll scale on. You're not just running customer success. You're helping define it. What We're Looking For - Proven customer leader: 2+ years in customer success, account management, implementation or consulting.
