Job description
PENN FOSTER GROUP
Manager, Portfolio Marketing — Veterinary & Animal Health
Job Description | Reports to: VP, Enterprise & Partnership Marketing
Position Summary
The Portfolio Marketing Manager will own the vertical growth strategy and go-to-market system for Penn Foster’s veterinary portfolio, serving as the strategic marketing partner to the business. This role translates business priorities, market opportunities, customer insights, and commercial needs into coordinated strategies and go-to-market plans that drive growth. The ideal candidate will develop a deep understanding of the veterinary education and animal health landscape, priority markets and customer segments, learner, practice, and employer needs, competitive dynamics, accreditation and outcomes considerations, and commercial priorities.
This person will work closely with Sales, Product, Insights and Marketing leadership to identify opportunities in priority markets and customer segments, determine where to focus and how to win, translate field insight into actionable marketing strategies, and create test-and-learn approaches that generate near-term impact and scale successful plays.

Customer & market intelligence
Analyze customer, commercial, campaign, workforce, industry, and competitor data. Synthesize quantitative and qualitative insight, distinguish anecdotes from patterns, and build business cases to inform action.
Cross-functional leadership
Partner across Marketing, Product, Sales, RevOps, Finance, Legal, Engineering, and other teams to develop coordinated strategies and bring market insights upstream to inform opportunities to strengthen learner outcomes, industry relevance, and growth.
