You will partner closely with our Acquisition, Lifecycle, Content, and Customer Support teams to amplify member stories and scale our community initiatives efficiently. This is a unique opportunity to shape the member lifecycle from the ground up while directly impacting our brand's growth and engagement strategy. What You'll Do: Analyze community lifecycle data and sentiment to ideate, test, and execute strategic campaigns that improve retention and decrease churn. Execute personalized, 1:1 outreach to top creators and high-value members to build long-term relationships and drive authentic advocacy. Establish repeatable frameworks, operational playbooks, and community guidelines to ensure initiatives run efficiently as the platform grows. Identify and negotiate strategic co-marketing partnerships with complementary brands and creator groups to expand community reach.
