Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. • 10 or more years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. • Strong JavaScript skills including ES5/ES6 patterns used in ServiceNow. • Deep expertise with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies. • Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub. • Hands-on integration experience using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers. • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model and CMDB concepts. • Experience with Service Portal widget development. • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential. • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD). • Certified Implementation Specialist credentials (ITSM, HR, CSM, ITOM). • Experience with Now Assist or GenAI Controller. • Familiarity with App Engine Studio. • Exposure to multi-instance ServiceNow environments.
