End Results
Contracts are managed efficiently with full compliance, timely deliverables, and proactive risk mitigation throughout the contract lifecycle.
3) Scans the commercial contracting landscape to identify emerging opportunities from bilateral donors, multilateral agencies, and private-sector entities that utilise fee-for-service, cost-reimbursable, or fixed-price contract mechanisms. Conducts competitive analysis and advises on bid/no-bid decisions for commercial opportunities. Maintains intelligence on evolving donor procurement policies and contracting trends. (GAM Competency 1: Mastering the GAM Cycle) 20%
End Results
A clear understanding of commercial contracting opportunities and risks, with data-driven pursuit recommendations.
4) Develops and reviews cost proposals, pricing strategies, and commercial terms for competitive bids. Ensures budgets are compliant with applicable cost principles (FAR, OMB, EU regulations) and reflect realistic cost recovery. Works with finance teams to structure indirect cost rates, fee structures, and profit margins in line with organisational and donor policies. (GAM Competency 3:
Creating Compelling Proposals) 15%

Competitive, compliant cost proposals that maximise cost recovery while meeting donor evaluation criteria.
