Job description

Description WHO WE ARE Come join the company at the center of how the world adopts AI securely. Cyera’s mission is to give enterprises the confidence to embrace AI safely — deciding exactly what it can see and do as it reaches deeper into the business. We started by solving the hardest problem in data security: finding and securing data faster and more precisely than anyone thought possible. That foundation is now the essential AI trust infrastructure for the Fortune 1000. We’re hiring mission-driven talent to put those leaders at the center of our story. THE OPPORTUNITY Cyera is hiring a Product Marketing Director to own go-to-market for DataWatcher, our managed service for the Cyera Data Security Platform, and for our proactive services portfolio: the Data Risk Assessment, the AI Security Readiness Assessment, and the Incident Materiality Assessment. This is a senior individual-contributor role with real strategic scope. You will define how Cyera positions services alongside its platform, turn expert-led offerings into repeatable and scalable pipeline drivers, and partner with Sales, Customer Success, Services and the CSO team to make services a core part of how customers adopt and expand with Cyera. RESPONSIBILITIES: The portfolio you will own: Cyera's services pair platform technology with expert-led delivery. You will own the story and the go-to-market for four offerings: DataWatcher , Data Risk Assessment :, AI Security Readiness Assessment , and the Incident Materiality Assessment , plus any new offerings created in the future. Key responsibilities • Define positioning, messaging and value propositions for DataWatcher and each proactive assessment, and make clear how each connects to the Cyera platform and to the others in the portfolio. • Build a services narrative that resonates with CISOs, security leaders and data and AI governance owners, and with the practitioners who evaluate and run these programs. • Own the go-to-market plan for each offering: audience, use cases, entry points, sales motion and success metrics. • Position proactive assessments as entry points that lead to platform adoption and paid services engagements and build the customer journey that connects them. • Lead launches and relaunches, including new assessment variants and responses to market events such as new AI regulation or high-profile breaches. • Create sales and partner enablement: solution briefs, datasheets, pitch decks, FAQs, objection handling, battlecards and ROI and business-case tools. • Partner with Demand Generation, Field Marketing and Content to run campaigns, webinars and events that turn services interest into qualified pipeline. • Create meaningful content to support demand gen and sales engagement, including ebooks, videos, website content, webinars, etc. Requirements REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • 10+ years of product marketing, solutions marketing or closely related experience in B2B technology, with at least 3 years in cybersecurity, data security, risk or a comparable technical enterprise category. • Proven experience marketing services, managed services, subscription advisory or professional services offerings, ideally alongside a software platform. • A track record of owning positioning and messaging, and of leading end-to-end launches that produced measurable pipeline or revenue. • Experience selling to or building content for CISOs and senior security and risk leaders. • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to turn complex technical and advisory work into clear, compelling stories for executive and practitioner audiences. • Experience building sales enablement that field teams actually use, and working closely with sales leaders and solution engineers. • Comfort with data: you set success metrics, track funnel and attach performance, and adjust the plan based on what the numbers show. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. COMPENSATION INFORMATION: Compensation Range: $190,000-$220,000. The range represents total compensation, and may include incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable. This compensation range represents Cyera’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting, and Cyera may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
