Job description

About Rocket Travel by Agoda Rocket Travel by Agoda is a travel technology company founded in 2012 under our flagship consumer facing product, rocketmiles.com . Since then, we have evolved to partner with some of the largest consumer travel brands in the world creating white-label solutions that allow customers to earn and redeem miles and points for booking hotels, rental cars, flights and activities. Our global partnerships range from world-class airlines to international banks to large-scale shopping platforms. We help our partners develop successful go-to-market strategies through marketing expertise and data to support their overall growth . We attract customers from every corner of the globe with a seamless user experience that's built in-house from ideation to finished product: our team includes front- and back-end developers, customer service, data analysts, designers, marketers, accountants, partnership sales, and managers. Rocket Travel by Agoda is dedicated to creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace where everyone has the opportunity to reach new heights in their career, and expand their knowledge working alongside talented, dedicated colleagues. We encourage all applicants with a touch of wanderlust to apply to our team, as we work toward helping our travelers reach the vacation of their dreams. Get to know our team: The Marketing team operates at the intersection of business strategy, data, and execution. We build and scale programs across growth, pricing, and commercial initiatives that drive customer value and sustainable business performance globally. We’re analytical, fast-moving, and deeply cross-functional — partnering closely with Product, Finance, and other teams to shape RTA's growth agenda. The opportunity: We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Marketing Manager who will focus on marketing guidance and support for our white label travel platform partners. This is a strategic role where you will work closely with our Partner Managers, Product Owners and the larger Marketing team to understand the partners’ needs, advise them on impactful marketing initiatives, and drive the growth of the platform. What you'll do: Marketing Strategy and Execution: Understand the partners’ business models and goals and provide expert advice on the best marketing strategies to achieve growth. Recommend initiatives to optimize campaigns and enhance platform performance for end-users. • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and opportunities, delivering actionable insights that inform marketing strategies. Regularly monitor platform performance and recommend optimizations based on data findings. • Influencing Decision-Making: Guide and influence partners to adopt strategies and solutions that align with their goals as well as our business objectives. Serve as an advisor, simplifying complex marketing strategies for non-experts. • Revenue Growth: Strategically focus on maximizing contribution margin and ROI while ensuring partner satisfaction and long-term engagement. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product, analytics, and operations, to ensure smooth execution and alignment of initiatives. What you'll need to succeed: 5 years of relevant Marketing experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred. • Proven marketing experience, ideally within e-commerce, travel, or SaaS environments. • Experience in a consultative or advisory role, preferably with a consulting background. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to dissect data and provide actionable recommendations. Basic knowledge of SQL (joins, filters, aggregates) is a must, advanced (window functions, CTEs) is a plus. Exceptional communication, both written – clear, powerful slides – and spoken – ability to handle conversations with stakeholders and motivate them to adopt strategic decisions. • Exposure to sales with an understanding of how partnerships contribute to revenue growth. • Proven track record of leading multi-stakeholder initiatives successfully. At this time, we’re unfortunately unable to provide support for OPT/CPT student visas or H-1B transfers for this role. As a result, preference will be given to candidates who are U.S. citizens, permanent residents, or Green Card holders. There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required.
