Job description

We’re looking for a high-calibre, high-agency person to become the founding member of our marketing team. You’ll help define Antimetal’s narrative and positioning, shape how we show up in the market, and play a significant role in our upcoming company launch. This is an early, hands-on role for someone who is hungry to build, comfortable with ambiguity, and cares deeply about storytelling and hyper-scaling. ABOUT ANTIMETAL Antimetal antimetal.com is building the future of infrastructure management antimetal.com. We're starting by creating a platform that investigates, resolves, and prevents issues — giving engineers their time back to focus on what they do best: building great products. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Shape Antimetal’s narrative, positioning, messaging, and broader market presence. - Play a significant role in our upcoming launch across content, social, events, partnerships, OOH, and other creative formats. - Turn complex technical ideas, product developments, and customer outcomes into clear and compelling stories. - Create campaigns and content that help Antimetal cut through the noise and reach a wider audience. - Run experiments across channels and tactics, then double down on what shows traction. - Plan memorable events and brand moments, from intimate dinners to conferences and physical activations. - Track what’s working, kill what isn’t, and document what you learn. WHAT YOU BRING - 1–4 years of marketing or growth experience at a startup or high-growth technology company. - Exceptional writing and storytelling skills—you can be clear, specific, and earn attention without being loud. - Experience with positioning, messaging, launches, or brand campaigns. - A broad understanding of GTM, with deeper expertise in at least one of content, brand, product marketing, social, events, or partnerships. - Comfort owning work end-to-end with limited guidance. - Enough technical curiosity to understand what we’re building and who we’re building it for. - High standards, strong opinions, good taste, and a bias toward action. BONUS - Experience marketing developer tools, infrastructure, observability, or AI products. - You use Claude Code or other coding agents to improve your efficiency. WHO YOU ARE - Identify as a builder. - Are excited to work in-person from our new and spacious office in New York. - Love working in a startup environment (experience in a startup or obsession with going zero-to-one). - Enjoy working with people who are ambitious, caring, and think in systems. - Thrive in a fast-paced iterative environment where experimentation is essential. WHAT WE BRING - Pay & ownership — Competitive salary with generous equity grants. - Full coverage + retirement — Fully covered health, dental, and vision, plus retirement benefits. - Unlimited PTO — Take the time you need to recharge. - Dinner on late nights — Working late? Dinner is on us. - Fitness stipend — Monthly support for your health and wellness. - Tools of the trade — Any equipment you need to do your best work. - Commute perks — Citi Bike + train benefits. Founder Interview — Talk with one of our founders in more detail about the role. 4. Growth Exercise — We'll have you complete a short exercise specific to the role. 5. Onsite — Come onsite and meet the team through a series of 1:1 interviews, while also having the chance to share your work. 6. Decision — We'll move fast.
