Job description

About NexHealth Our healthcare system remains frustratingly analog. When you live in a world of one-tap car rides, instant meal delivery, and unlimited streaming, why do you still have to call to schedule a doctor’s appointment and fill out a clipboard in the waiting room? NexHealth’s mission is to accelerate innovation in healthcare by connecting patients, providers, and developers. We’re building the infrastructure layer for modern healthcare, connecting thousands of fragmented, on-premise, and closed EHR systems into a single, modern platform that powers software, APIs, payments, and patient experiences across the ecosystem. Founded: 2017 Headquarters: San Francisco, CA Funding: $177M Series C Employees: 200+ Trusted by tens of thousands of providers and hundreds of health-tech developers — forging the infrastructure layer that modern healthcare needs About the Role Tell the story of the best products in healthcare—period. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will own how NexHealth's products are understood, positioned, and adopted across the market. Your north star is clarity and customer truth, not hype. You won't be boxed into a single product line—your work will span multiple surfaces and audiences (front desk staff, providers, developers, and patients) based on the highest priority opportunities in the company. We believe that great product marketing makes a great product inevitable: it sharpens the message, accelerates adoption, and compounds long-term company value. This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you will help shape NexHealth's product marketing function. This role is equal parts strategy and execution — you'll shape how NexHealth goes to market and drive the work that makes it happen. We're in Step 3 of NexHealth's growth journey—scaling our platform and operations—and we're hiring you to make the best products in healthcare impossible to ignore. What You'll Do Drive end-to-end product marketing across positioning, messaging, launch, and adoption on any surface area (SaaS, API, Payments, Infrastructure). Develop differentiated positioning and messaging grounded in first-principles thinking and deep customer understanding. Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to bring new products and features to market through tight, fast launch cycles. Embed with Sales, Customer Success, and GTM teams to drive enablement, adoption, and feedback loops. Define, track, and manage marketing and adoption metrics at the feature and platform level. Lead competitive intelligence, market research, and the narrative that sets NexHealth apart. Build and elevate the sales and customer-facing assets—decks, one-pagers, demos, case studies, and launch content—that move the market. Write copy and partner with design to produce polished, on-brand marketing assets from concept to final. Own our webinar program and coordinate video content production to support product launches and customer education. Define and build the product marketing operating model — establish how PMM works, when it plugs in, and how it scales across product and GTM teams. What You'll Bring 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS or API businesses. Product and feature launch experience — owning the full cycle from brief to market. Proven success at a high-growth company — you know how to prioritize, move fast, and build for scale. Experience owning marketing assets end-to-end — from positioning through finished collateral. Hands-on experience building and maintaining competitive intelligence, including battlecards and market positioning. Exceptional first-principles thinker and storyteller. Deep ownership mentality: you act like a founder, not a campaign manager. Ability to thrive in ambiguity, ruthlessly prioritize, and deliver real results fast. Compensation Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just the base salary component of NexHealth’s total compensation package for employees. Other benefits may include stock options, an unlimited paid time off policy, and up to 100% coverage on medical, vision and dental insurance. NexHealth Compensation Range $147,000 — $195,000 USD Benefits Full Medical, Dental, and Vision (up to 100% covered) 401K and commuter benefits Flexible PTO High-impact work that directly improves the healthcare experience for millions Our Values Solve the customer’s problems, not yours When making decisions, think from the perspective of the customer. It’s easy to make decisions that make our lives simpler, but not the customers. Do the things others are not willing to do As a Nexer, always go after the hardest problems. Pursue things at the highest quality. Move at the fastest pace. Take ownership Act like a founder. Own your roles, destinies, mistakes, behavior, and our mission. The buck stops with each of us - no blaming or excuses. Say what’s on your mind, with positive intent Be direct, proactive, transparent, and frequent in your communication. Default trust As a Nexer, you do not have to earn trust, trust is given to you by default. If we by default trust each other, our speed of communication, feedback, information sharing, and overall improvements will be a lot faster. Think in first principles We first identify the problem and then break it down to its fundamentals before diving into solutions. We constantly ask “why” to validate our assumptions.
