Product Analyst - Pendo (Europe) at Intel 471

Job description

Company Overview: Intel 471 empowers enterprises, government agencies, and other organizations to win the cybersecurity war using the real-time insights about adversaries, their relationships, threat patterns, and imminent attacks relevant to their businesses. The company’s platform collects, interprets, structures, and validates human-led, automation-enhanced intelligence, which fuels our external attack surface and advanced behavioral threat hunting solutions. Customers utilize this operationalized intelligence to drive a proactive response to neutralize threats and mitigate risk. Organizations across the globe leverage Intel 471’s world-class intelligence, our trusted practitioner engagement and enablement, and globally-dispersed ground expertise as their frontline guardian against the ever-evolving landscape of cyber threats to fight the adversary — and win. The Role: Intel 471 is looking for a Product Analyst (Pendo) to join our world-class team, supporting our Product organization through better product data, and operational insight. This role reports to the Chief Product Officer and can be located in any of the following countries in Europe on a remote basis (Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Poland, Denmark, and Romania). This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on Pendo and product usage analytics. You will help Product Managers understand how customers use our products, track adoption of new capabilities, maintain dashboards and reporting, and ensure our product analytics data remains accurate and useful. Pendo will be your primary platform, while data from tools such as Grafana, BI platforms, and internal systems may be used to provide additional context. You will also support the Product team in tracking KPIs and OKRs by helping maintain the reporting and measurement mechanisms used to monitor progress. Depending on performance and business needs, this role may develop toward a Product Owner capacity over time. As you build a deep understanding of our products, customers, and data, there will be opportunities to expand your scope beyond analytics and into product ownership activities. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Support the day-to-day operation of Pendo, including tagging, configuration, dashboards, reports, and data quality. Build and maintain Pendo dashboards and reporting that help Product Managers understand product usage, feature adoption, and customer behavior. Help ensure new product capabilities are appropriately tagged and measurable after release, and provide ongoing adoption and usage reporting. Assist Product Managers with analytics questions, investigate trends or changes in usage, and communicate findings clearly. Use data from sources such as Grafana, BI tools, and internal systems to supplement Pendo data when additional context is needed. Support Product and leadership reporting, including the dashboards and recurring measurements used to track Product KPIs. Education, Experience & Qualifications: Essential 2-4 years of demonstrable experience in Product Operations, Product Analytics or a similar role. Hands-on experience with Pendo is required, including working with tagging, dashboards, reports, and product usage analytics. Experience building and maintaining dashboards, reports, or recurring analytics used by business or product teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with curiosity about how customers use software products and an ability to investigate questions using data. Good attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with Product Managers and clearly communicate useful findings. Desirable Experience with Grafana, SQL, BI platforms, or other analytics tools is helpful but not required. Success in this role means Pendo is well maintained, product analytics are reliable, and Product Managers can easily access the information they need to understand product usage and adoption. You will help make product data easier to use across the team by keeping reporting current, supporting KPI and OKR measurement, and surfacing useful insights when the data shows something worth investigating. The role will report to our Chief Product Officer but will be expected to interact and work closely with other areas of the company as needed. The role is available anywhere in Europe and involves occasional travel within the United States, Europe and Asia. The role requires regular contact with our international team located in the United States, South America, Western and Eastern Europe, and Asia so a comfort working with diverse professional and cultural backgrounds is required. Benefits: Competitive compensation Remote-friendly culture Wellness programs Employee recognition program A variety of professional development opportunities Inclusive culture focused on people, customers and innovation Our Culture: The Intel 471 team is constantly growing and is always on the lookout for talented professionals who seek to operate on the forefront of the fight against threat actors impacting our customers and partners.
