Job description

ABOUT FACTORY Our mission is to create a world where software builds and improves itself. We build the platform for self-improving software development, helping the world's largest enterprise engineering teams turn their organizations into autonomous software factories. Customers including Nvidia, Blackstone, Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), Palo Alto Networks, Adobe, and T-Mobile run Factory to ship code, review PRs, run tests, and deploy continuously - getting smarter with every cycle. In 2026, we raised $200M at a $5B valuation, bringing our total funding to over $400M. We are backed by world-class investors and operators including Khosla Ventures, Sequoia, Blackstone, Ali Ghodsi (CEO of Databricks), and Frank Slootman (Former CEO of Snowflake). ABOUT THE ROLE As a Product Manager at Factory, you will own the strategy and execution for a key area of our product suite, shaping how engineering teams experience autonomous software development. You will partner with customers to deeply understand their workflows, distill their feedback into actionable insights, and drive improvements that make Factory a fundamental driver of their daily work. You will collaborate with engineering, research, and go-to-market teams to ship features that push the boundaries of what AI can do for developers. We are bringing autonomy to software engineering. The product surface area is vast and evolving rapidly. We need a product manager with sharp technical instincts, genuine empathy for developers, and the ability to make fast, high-quality decisions in ambiguity. You should be as comfortable diving into technical architecture discussions as you are presenting roadmap priorities to leadership.
