Experience designing scalable architectures across Server, Client, WebDirect, APIs, and cloud or on-premises deployments. Experience delivering complex systems on schedule while maintaining quality standards. Experience with data modeling, schema design, and normalization principles. Experience communicating technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical engineering teams. Experience with the FileMaker platform, including Server, Pro, WebDirect, and Data API. Knowledge of modern cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and hybrid deployment models, as well as C++. Experience with enterprise-scale database performance tuning, security frameworks, and compliance standards (such as SOC 2, GDPR, or HIPAA).
