What We Need
We're hiring a B2B Marketing Specialist to own hands-on marketing execution for Clasp Talent, driving demand from the employers who use Clasp to attract, upskill, and retain critical talent. You'll take direction from our marketing and sales leaders and turn it into finished work: polished content for HR and talent leaders, flawlessly run events, and high-performing HubSpot campaigns, using AI tools to get more done in less time. You don't need to set strategy; you need to execute it brilliantly, stay organized across a lot of moving pieces, and move fast. Your work will put Clasp in front of the employers who make our mission possible and give our sales team what it needs to win.
What You’ll Do
- Produce polished, on-brand content for a senior employer audience, including one-pagers, decks, ads, webinar slides, social graphics, emails, and landing page copy
- Coordinate paid campaigns and build sales enablement materials that help our sales team generate and close employer demand
- Own event logistics end to end for conferences and employer-facing events, including vendor coordination, shipping, registration, memberships, and sponsorships, all coordinated remotely, and keep attendees informed and set up for success
- Build, QA, and launch HubSpot campaigns, emails, and landing pages; manage lists, UTMs, and tracking; and keep CRM data clean
- Use AI tools daily to create content, light design, and copy faster and more independently, while keeping quality and brand from drifting
- Build and maintain repeatable checklists and SOPs so events and campaigns run smoothly every time
- Partner with sales, website, and outside vendors or firms to keep deliverables moving and stakeholders informed
- Manage day-to-day projects with our PR firm on press and content initiatives
- Support our content and thought-leadership pipeline on workforce and talent topics
What You’ll Need
- 2-4 years of marketing experience in a specialist, coordinator, or associate role, ideally on a lean or in-house team
- Ability to produce polished, on-brand content in both design and copy. You might be stronger in one, but you can ship both
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-sufficient. You're comfortable managing multiple projects across teams with minimal oversight
- Daily, hands-on user of AI tools in your work
- Comfortable with up to 20% travel for team time and occasional event coverage
- HubSpot (or similar CRM) familiarity and event management experience are a plus, not required; we'll train you
- Startup experience is a plus, not required, if you bring high agency and flexibility
- A background in HR tech, talent, or healthcare workforce is a plus
What We Give In Return
- Competitive cash and equity compensation
- Health benefits (health, dental, & vision)
- 401k matching
- Flexible PTO policy
- Opportunities to grow and perform in a fast-paced environment alongside a stellar team.

How We Use AI in Hiring
Clasp uses AI-assisted tools in parts of our hiring process, such as AI notetakers transcribing or summarizing interviews, scheduling, and supporting evaluation in technical assessments. Humans review applications and make every hiring decision. AI tools don't make final decisions about any candidate. You're welcome to use AI to research Clasp and prepare, but during live interviews and assessments we want to hear your own thinking, so please don't use AI tools that generate or feed you responses in real time. If you'd like to be evaluated without AI tools, need an accommodation, or have questions about how we use these tools, email recruiting@clasp.com and we'll arrange another process where we can.
