What You'll Be Doing:
Prototype AI-assisted features and agent workflows for internal developer tools, including code understanding, knowledge retrieval, task automation, and engineering insights.
Build proof-of-concept services and integrations that connect AI models with source control, work tracking, documentation, and continuous integration systems.
Evaluate model quality, latency, cost, and failure modes; create repeatable test sets and use results to guide design decisions.
Develop data ingestion and retrieval pipelines for technical content, with attention to permissions, traceability, and data quality.
