Job description

ABOUT AGENTIO Agentio enables marketers to buy creator led ads as easily and scalably as Meta or Google ads—automating sourcing, pricing, contracting, delivery, and measurement—so work that took months now happens in minutes. We're on a mission to transform a $800B digital ad ecosystem by shifting digital ad spend into the hands of creators. That means better outcomes for marketers and enabling creators to live off their work—finally being paid in proportion to the value they create. That shift is accelerating: Unilever's CEO has said the company will move roughly half of its ad budget into social and creators—Unilever is among the world's largest advertisers, spending around $9–10B annually. As these dollars move, they need performance-grade pipes; Agentio is how those dollars flow to creators with the speed, control, and measurement marketers expect. We enable brands like Uber, DoorDash, and Bombas to run creator campaigns with the same rigor, control, and accountability as their core performance channels. Our AI-Native platform enables real-time content understanding at scale, simultaneous reasoning across hundreds of thousands of pieces of content, and intelligent allocation of multi-million dollar budgets. Our models apply more cross-platform performance signal than anyone else in the world, compounding with every campaign through a high-trust marketplace with accelerating network effects. The result is a flywheel: brands get the performance they've been chasing, creators get the intelligence and income they deserve, and Agentio becomes the infrastructure powering a generational shift in where media dollars flow. The market agrees. Agentio has raised $56M at a $340M valuation, including a Series B led by Forerunner techcrunch.com that followed our Series A within a calendar year. Backed by Benchmark, Craft, and AlleyCorp. Named to Forbes' Next Billion Dollar Startups, 2025 forbes.com. Named to Inc.'s Best Places to Work 2026 inc.com, one of 10 companies nationally recognized in the "On the Rise: 0–4 Years in Business" category. An $800B market. A once-in-a-generation technology shift. This is the moment. This is the team. Come build something generational with us. ABOUT THE ROLE As Agentio’s first Growth Marketing Lead, you’ll build the systematic demand engine from scratch. Creating repeatable, measurable B2B pipeline from: ABM, paid channels, inbound and connect it tightly to content and sale pipeline. You won’t be optimizing an existing program; you’ll be building the infrastructure, running the experiments, and owning the results. You’ll create and operate marketing performance reporting tied to the full customer journey, own the marketing-sourced pipeline number, and partner tightly with Sales to ensure every conversation is easier because prospects already know who Agentio is and why it matters. High visibility, high ownership, high impact. WHAT YOU’LL DO DEMAND GENERATION & PIPELINE - Build the demand engine from scratch: ABM strategy, paid LinkedIn, Search, B2B influencer strategy, and a scalable inbound/outbound assist motion aligned to the product narrative and ICP. - Own the marketing-sourced pipeline number - set targets, track performance, and report with clarity and confidence. - Run fast experiments across paid and organic channels; set up attribution and KPI cadences, and iterate based on data. MARKETING OPERATIONS & REPORTING - Create and operate marketing performance reporting tied to customer journey KPIs: conversion rates, win-rate context, deal cycle, and retention signals. - Own the full marketing ops stack: dashboards, funnel architecture, tooling selection, and CRM/MAP hygiene. - Ensure every program is instrumented, measurable, and connected to revenue. SALES PARTNERSHIP - Partner tightly with Sales on prospecting and account lists, vertical targeting, and personalized “zero moment of truth” touches that accelerate deals. - Align marketing air cover to outbound effort - make every Sales conversation easier by ensuring prospects already know who Agentio is and why it matters. - Treat pipeline as a shared number, not a marketing-only metric. WHAT YOU NEED - B2B growth and ABM operator who can build from zero: You’ve stood up a demand gen program - not just optimized an existing one including ABM strategy, paid social, inbound infrastructure, and reporting. - Fast experimentation and attribution rigor: Hands-on experience running LinkedIn and paid social campaigns with rigorous measurement, fast iteration, and clear attribution and KPI cadences. - Strong marketing ops instincts: CRM hygiene, MAP setup, funnel architecture, dashboard design, and tooling selection - you know how to build the infrastructure that makes demand gen scalable. - Collaborative with Sales by default: You see pipeline as a shared outcome and know how to build the relationship to match - prospecting lists, vertical targeting, and coordinated outreach are second nature. - 6+ years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience, with a track record of building pipeline programs. - Exceptional ability to learn quickly, pivot effectively, and deliver high-quality work on tight timelines. - A deep obsession with using AI tools and LLMs to gain 10x leverage and automate previously-manual tasks. ABOUT YOU - You’re familiar with and passionate about the creator economy and digital advertising. - You bring an entrepreneurial mindset, able to balance speed with strategy. - You’re laser-focused on outcomes and delivering measurable pipeline impact. - You’re a natural collaborator with Sales, Content, and PMM who gets things done without waiting for perfect conditions. - You’re comfortable in zero-to-one environments and thrive when you truly own the outcome. - You’re ready to roll up your sleeves, get things done, and work harder than you’ve likely ever worked before, but with far greater reward. - You’re a positive, honest, empathetic, and curious teammate. - You understand that Agentio is building in-person, and is in-office 5 days/week. WHAT YOU’LL GET - The chance to define and own the demand generation function at Agentio. - A high-impact, highly visible role where you’ll see your work directly influence revenue. - The opportunity to build a first-of-its-kind business as an early team member and make a meaningful impact in how brands share their stories and creators live off their work. - A crash course in what it takes to scale a startup, with first-hand exposure to foundational business drivers and needs.
