Position Details This is a full-time, hourly position with a schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The role is based at our office located at 1600 W. Monroe, Phoenix, AZ 85007. Key Responsibilities • Process and review incoming Forms 285 and 290 for accuracy and completeness. • Prepare and process Power of Attorney (POA) and Penalty Abatement forms for data entry. • Organize and securely store forms and related communications. • Research and resolve POA and prescreening issues. • Serve as a point-of-contact for taxpayer inquiries regarding forms 285 and 290. • Provide basic customer care to taxpayers and escalate complex inquiries as needed. • Assist with mail processing and other duties as assigned. Requirements • High School diploma or equivalent experience. • Basic administrative skills, including typing and filing. • Security clearance required.
