Prepare planned and ad hoc reports for management as needed.
Assist with partnership accounting, real estate development accounting, and multi-entity accounting processes.
Ensure appropriate documentation is maintained for accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting support.
Help identify accounting process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Make recommendations for process improvements, automation opportunities, and better use of accounting systems.
Support the implementation of accounting process improvements, reporting tools, and workflow efficiencies.
Assist in evaluating and using AI tools, automation, and technology to streamline accounting tasks where appropriate.
Support special projects related to accounting, finance, reporting, systems, and operational improvements.
Partner with team members across departments to gather information, resolve issues, and ensure accurate financial records.
Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling financial and company information.
Other duties as assigned.
