Revenue Operations Manager at Hologram

Job description

About Hologram Hologram is building the future of IoT connectivity, delivering internet access to millions of connected devices worldwide. We process over 5 billion transactions per month across our global infrastructure. This isn't just another app; it's the invisible backbone powering everything from fleet tracking to smart city infrastructure. We tackle challenges of scale, reliability, and performance that few companies face. What Makes a Hologrammer? We look for people with insatiable curiosity and an uncompromising commitment to excellence. Hologrammers are the type who dig deeper when things break, ask 'why' before 'how,' and aren't satisfied until the solution is bulletproof. You'll love working here if you: Value tenacious ownership of outcomes: You own the result, not just your piece of it. When a number is wrong or a deal stalls, you find out why and fix what caused it rather than flagging it to someone else. Thrive on building the system, not just running it: You want to build things that last. You think through the edge cases before they cause problems, automate what would otherwise need watching, and document well enough that the next person can pick it up. Relentlessly pursue growth: You push past where you’re comfortable, in what you know and what you’re trusted with. You revisit your own decisions, treat good enough as a starting point, and raise the bar without anyone asking. Revenue Operations Manager About This Role: Hologram’s revenue runs through a stack you’ll own: Salesforce, a bespoke CPQ, contract and billing integrations, and the reporting that Sales, Finance, and leadership use to run the company every week. As Revenue Operations Manager, your job is to make that stack a competitive advantage: reps quote and close faster, Finance closes on clean data, and leadership sees pipeline, bookings, and renewals early enough to act. You’ll report to the Director of Finance, partner daily with Sales and Marketing leadership, and run RevOps as a function of one with engineering support. You’ll decide what gets built and then build it, with AI agents and automation as first-class tools. You’ll set the RevOps roadmap, not inherit one. What You'll Do: Systems and integrations Set the RevOps roadmap for Sales and Finance leadership: what to build, automate, and sunset, with a business case behind each proposal Own Salesforce administration, from the data model through releases, and build the validation rules and automated checks that keep the org clean as it scales Own the GTM tool stack beyond Salesforce, integrations included Own the integrations and automated data feeds between Salesforce, billing, and finance, and the accuracy of the revenue data moving across them Design and maintain lead routing and the BDR-to-AE hand-off, from assignment logic through SLAs, including rules of engagement. Deal process and commissions Run the deal desk: validate order forms, enforce discount and approval rules, route approvals through to Finance sign-off, and keep reps clear on how to handle non-standard deals Build and automate the path from quote to contract to onboarding to renewal, including new-customer billing setup Build the renewals automation that surfaces the right accounts at the right time Own the monthly and annual commissions cycles: calculation, attainment reconciliation, Salesforce upload, payout logic, quota models, accelerators, and plan documentation with Sales and Finance Reporting and analytics Build the self-serve dashboards the sales org runs on day to day Build deal analytics that inform leadership decisions on pricing, discounting, and deal process What We're Looking For: 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM systems at a B2B company Experience owning Salesforce administration end-to-end, from data model to release management Experience designing and building a cross-functional GTM process end-to-end, including the automation it runs on Hands-on experience integrating CRM with billing and finance systems, and owning the accuracy of the data across them Experience building self-serve reporting that a sales org used day-to-day Experience running deal desk for a sales team: discount enforcement, order form validation, approvals Experience administering commissions, from the monthly cycle through annual plan changes Demonstrated experience building AI models and agents that do real, operational work, with judgment about their limits. Be able to show us what you built. Startup or high-growth experience where you built the process rather than inherited it Bonus Points: Familiar with Sigma or another BI tool Hands-on with Zapier or similar orchestration tooling Has stood up a CPQ or quoting tool IoT connectivity, telecom, or another usage-based business Role Compensation: $165,000 – $185,000 base + OTI (90/10 pay mix) + 12,750 RSUs How we work at Hologram Hologram is a fun, upbeat, and remote-first team united by our mission to build a more connected future.
