Experience recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth environments (startup or scaling tech strongly preferred). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a complex portfolio of searches, stakeholders, and pipelines simultaneously. Data-driven mindset with a track record of using pipeline and hiring insights to drive strategic decisions. Exceptional communication and influencing skills, able to navigate ambiguity, build trust quickly, and drive alignment across competing priorities.
