WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Required - 10+ years of progressive experience in growth, product, or growth marketing, including 3–5+ years in a senior growth or product leadership role; fintech, financial services, or subscription/consumer background strongly preferred. - Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus. - Deep, hands-on expertise with A/B testing, experimentation tooling, personalization, and cohort-based analysis. - Demonstrable track record building and scaling growth and experimentation functions with measurable improvements in conversion, retention, and unit economics. - Strong understanding of full-funnel growth fundamentals and their connection to LTV, CAC, and payback. - Experience applying AI to experimentation, content, and analysis — including familiarity with AI-driven discovery (AEO/LLM search). - Proven ability to partner with and influence product and engineering teams; comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership. - Ability to set targets, track KPIs, translate insights into operating plans, and hand off validated, scalable wins to product. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
