Our client, an IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Sr. Transportation Product Manager / Supply Chain Consulting Lead – TMS for their Atlanta, GA / Jersey City, NJ/ Hybrid location. Responsibilities: • Set the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for transportation, logistics, and supply chain products, aligned to client and customer needs. • Lead the product lifecycle end-to-end — from discovery through launch and ongoing optimization — to improve quality, speed, and business value. • Own the product backlog, turning strategic priorities and customer insights into clear, sprint-ready user stories. • Advise clients on product strategy, trade-offs, and emerging opportunities across transportation, warehousing, freight, and supply chain operations. • Set testing strategies, acceptance criteria, and quality standards in partnership with engineering and operations teams. • Build performance dashboards to track adoption, reliability, efficiency, and ROI. • Lead cross-functional teams and run workshops that build alignment and speed up decision-making. • Support proposal and business-development work that grows our transportation and supply chain practice. • Coach product owners and consulting teams to build strong, consistent product management practices. • Model the Client • Way to Lead — building trust, setting direction, and delivering results with a strong client focus Requirements: • 10-15 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or management consulting, including demonstrated leadership in transportation, logistics, or supply chain, with a track record of owning product vision and delivery. • Deep transportation, logistics, and supply chain expertise — spanning TMS, WMS, freight, distribution, fulfillment, or last-mile delivery. • Proven experience leading client-facing consulting engagements and advising senior stakeholders. • Strong understanding of Agile product delivery, from design through testing and release. • Experience using product and operational metrics — such as service levels, order fulfillment, and ROI — to guide decisions. • Ability to lead globally distributed, cross-functional teams. • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills. • Alignment with the Client Way to Lead and our values — Work as One, Dare to Innovate, Raise the Bar, Do the Right Thing, and Own It. • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, engineering, information technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. • Experience in the courier, express, and parcel domain or related last-mile delivery operations. • Experience across transportation management, warehousing and distribution, freight forwarding, supply chain planning, cold-chain logistics, customs and compliance, or inventory optimization. • Knowledge of transportation and supply chain technologies, including TMS, WMS, EDI, APIs, IoT-enabled logistics, data platforms, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled product capabilities. • Experience delivering large-scale transformation programs within manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain consulting engagements. • An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred • 15.00 Years of Experience • Top 3: • Expert in Transportation Management Systems. • Supply Chian experience in Manufacturing, Retail or CPG. • Strong communication skills Why Should You Apply? • Health Benefits • Referral Program • Excellent growth and advancement opportunities
