About the role Plaud is looking for someone to own our verbal identity in the AMER market and build the copy system that keeps our voice consistent everywhere customers meet us. You'll define how Plaud sounds, then build the tools and processes that let that voice hold across product, web, campaign, and lifecycle channels, without every asset needing your personal review. This is a hands-on role. You'll set the standards and you'll also do the writing, leading copy strategy and execution for our biggest brand moments, from product launches to campaign narratives to channel-specific storytelling, taking each piece from H1 to caption. Mission Own Plaud's verbal identity and build the copy system that holds our voice across the AMER market.
