Job description

The Global Business Marketing (GBM) team champions TikTok in the B2B landscape, showing advertisers and sales teams how TikTok's creative ecosystem drives real business results. We build the stories, education, and go-to-market programs that sellers use to deepen client relationships across markets. Working with brands of all sizes, we also bring campaigns to life through creative ideation, brand and event strategy, and the design and production of TikTok for Business marketing, so advertisers can create content that connect with audiences. Trends, consumer behavior, and advertising formats all move quickly on TikTok. The challenge is turning what makes the platform engaging into solutions that are creative, measurable, and scalable across very different markets, without making the experience feel like traditional advertising. You will shape how the market understands TikTok as a business platform, and help brands show up authentically on it. The vision of the Global Integrated Marketing Communications (GIMC) Team within Global Business Marketing (GBM) is to create a global brand that amplifies our mission and establishes TikTok as a unique and critical investment for the industry we serve. Fostering best in class creative work on our platform, inspiring the industry through storytelling and showcasing our unique business brand at scale is the core focus of our collective team. Our purpose is to inspire, educate and unlock the possibilities on TikTok for the marketing community and businesses of all sizes. The Global Experiential Marketing Specialist partners with program leads to deliver TikTok's global B2B tentpole moments, such as Cannes Lions and TikTok World (product event), and to scale the events that drive new client acquisition. This role manages key workstreams end to end, with the opportunity to lead select focused events from start to finish. The role covers everything from building audience and demand ahead of an event, through planning and execution, to post-event follow-up and measuring results. This person brings experience on both sides of the portfolio: the complexity of large tentpole activations, and the repeatable, scalable formats that attract new clients, like roadshows, tradeshows, webinars, and co-branded moments. They understand that an event's success is measured by what it creates for the business, not just how well it runs. Responsibilities - Own defined workstreams within global tentpole programs, from planning and demand generation through execution, follow-up, and measurement - Partner with the Global Event Lead to align teams around goals, audiences, key moments, and priorities - Coordinate day-to-day across Channels, Creative, Marketing, Product, Sales, Comms, Legal, and regional teams - Flag risks, challenges, and resource needs early, with clear solutions - Take the lead on select focused events from start to finish, including strategy, planning, execution, and results, with the Global Event Lead's guidance - Support the planning and delivery of events built to attract, educate, and convert new clients, such as tradeshows, agency roadshows, webinars, and co-branded events - Partner with Sales, Strategy & Operations, and Marketing to define target audiences, agree on conversion goals before an event exists, and track pipeline afterward - Help build repeatable formats and toolkits that regional teams can run consistently at scale - Bring learnings from acquisition-focused events back into how we plan our larger moments - Manage planning and execution across event workstreams, including programming, production, logistics, talent, and attendee experience - Partner closely with Creative to deliver a cohesive and distinctive TikTok experience - Manage budgets, timelines, agencies, vendors, and production partners to deliver on time, on budget, and to a high standard - Support relationships with executives, talent, and high-profile guests - Build and improve processes, tools, and templates that help the team deliver consistently - Partner with regional event and sales leads to bring them into planning early and support regional execution - Contribute to a strong, collaborative team culture - Capture post-event insights and share what worked and what should change Minimum Qualifications - 4+ years of relevant events or program management experience, including work on large-scale, multi-stakeholder global programs - Proven experience delivering tentpole or flagship B2B events, including budget, vendor and agency management, and on-site execution - Demonstrated experience with new client acquisition or demand generation events, including working with Sales on audience, conversion goals, and pipeline tracking - Strong operational and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines - Comfort with metrics: able to connect event activity to business results and report on them clearly - Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications - Strong understanding of TikTok as a platform, its products, and what makes content successful
