You use customer insight, competitive intelligence, and win/loss data to make decisions and measure the impact of your programs - Experience enabling a global field organization with messaging, sales tools, and training that reps actually use - Strategic thinking paired with a bias toward action. You're comfortable setting direction for a function and rolling up your sleeves when the team needs it - Comfort with ambiguity and pace in a fast-growing company, and a collaborative, low-ego style that fits a no-handoffs culture BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: - Experience marketing to technical audiences (developer tools, data, or infrastructure) - Familiarity with Apache Airflow or adjacent tools is a plus. - Background in open source, developer community, or data orchestration and workflow tooling - Experience scaling a product marketing team through a period of rapid growth The estimated total maximum compensation for this role Is approximately $310,000.00 based on leveling and geography, along with an equity component and a comprehensive benefits package (85% base salary, 15% bonus).
