Our client, an IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a PeopleSoft HCM Lead Developer – Fluid UI & PeopleTools for their Washington, DC/ Hybrid location. Responsibilities: • Design, develop, test, and deploy PeopleSoft solutions using PeopleTools 8.56+, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Application Package, SQR, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker. • Develop and maintain Fluid UI homepages, responsive pages, navigation collections, work centers, and activity guides. • Implement Event Mapping, Drop Zones, Page Field Configurator, Open Search, and Search Configuration functionality. • Build and maintain integrations between PeopleSoft and third-party applications using Integration Broker, APIs, Web Services, and file-based interfaces. • Support PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 modules, including Workforce Administration, Compensation, and Benefits Administration. • Create technical design documentation, test plans, and test cases. • Provide support during UAT, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects. • Collaborate with project teams, technical leads, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions within agreed timelines. • Participate in recurring status meetings and provide progress updates to project leadership. Requirements: • Proven expertise in PeopleTools (8.56 or higher), PeopleCode, Application Designer, Application Engine, Application package, SQR, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker • Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM Workforce administration, Compensation and Benefits administration in 9.2. • Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL skills for developing complex queries, stored procedures, and triggers in Oracle databases. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • Minimum 8 years of PeopleSoft development experience. • Minimum 3 years of PeopleSoft Fluid UI development experience. • Strong knowledge of: • PeopleTools 8.56 or higher • PeopleCode • Application Designer • Application Engine • Application Package • SQR • Component Interfaces • Integration Broker • Expertise in Fluid technologies including: • Activity Guides • Work Centers • Page Field Configurator • Event Mapping • Open Search • Search Configuration • Navigation Collections • Strong HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills. • Strong SQL and PL/SQL development skills with Oracle databases. • Experience with PeopleSoft HCM Workforce Administration, Compensation, and Benefits Administration. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills • SAFe/Agile Certification or willingness to obtain certification within six months. • Experience working in global enterprise environments. • Strong communication and collaboration skills • 8+ Years of Experience Why Should You Apply? • Health Benefits • Referral Program • Excellent growth and advancement opportunities
