This role is hybrid onsite days a week in our Alpharetta GA office and not eligible for remote. At StandOut, we believe that leadership isn’t just about results, it’s about people. Our culture thrives on empowering leaders and employees, cultivating an environment where everyone’s strengths are understood, valued, and put to work every day. We’re transforming how organizations approach employee engagement and leadership development, helping leaders build stronger, more connected, high-performing teams. You have extensive experience creating and communicating product vision, roadmap priorities, investment strategies, and measurable business outcomes. Our best product leaders are domain experts, enthusiastic builders, and thought leaders who stay ahead of industry trends. Your voice will shape product strategy, influence the future of talent and engagement technology, and help define how leaders and teams succeed in the AI era.
