Job description

The kind of Pitch Deck Designer we're looking for: You take complex ideas and make them make sense visually, fast. You've got real range across layout, typography, and infographics, and you know how to turn a dense strategy deck into something a client actually wants to look at. You're the person people hand a messy set of insights to and trust to come back with something polished. You're comfortable owning a pitch deck from blank page to final send, working across teams to pull out what matters and cut what doesn't. If PowerPoint, Slides, and InDesign already feel like an extension of your hand, keep reading. What you'll do Own design for new business pitches and client presentations end to end, from concept through execution Collaborate across the agency, turning other people's insights into visuals that actually land Lead creative direction on your assigned projects, keeping every slide clear and visually consistent Shape dense, complex information into digestible, eye-catching design What this role is not This isn't a role where you're just formatting someone else's outline. You're expected to bring design judgment to the table, not just execute exactly what's handed to you. It's also not a generalist design role, presentations are the craft here, not a side task. What you bring Strong experience in presentation design, layout design, editorial design, typography, and infographics Mastery of PowerPoint, Slides, and InDesign (bonus points for consultancy or pharma presentation experience) Comfort multitasking under tight deadlines with an eagerness to push creative boundaries The environment P10 is remote-first, always has been. This role is open to candidates in the United States, with a preference for Eastern time zone. You'll be working inside a structure flat enough that your creative vision actually shapes client work. Interested in working with us? Apply online today. For this role, a copy of your work portfolio will also be required for later interview stages. Not an agency* The layer-laden teams. The prehistoric processes. The impersonal, ego-driven dog-and-pony shows. Take what you think you know about agencies and burn it. P10 was born of the idea that if something isn't working—or could work better—change it. And that's exactly what we did. We know that what we're not makes us who we are. And we're not just another agency. We are people driven by a palpable passion and purpose, felt by our clients from the very first conversation. P10 brings together a team of diverse, remote-only seasoned professionals to deliver exceptional value for our clients. Dare to do something different - join us.
