At the same time, you’re comfortable with last-minute projects or incidents and can go with the flow. - You’re a strong communicator. You love all forms of written communication. Whether it’s through email, a chat, or internal documentation – you always find the best way to engage with people. You err on the side of over communicating to ensure everyone’s up to speed on the most important information. - You’re an exceptional teammate. You love working with colleagues to brainstorm, share insights, and solve team-wide challenges. You set a high bar for yourself and others.
