Job description

Director of Growth Marketing Department: Marketing Manager: EVP, Enterprise Strategy and Marketing Classification: Exempt About Navigate Navigate helps organizations activate workforce health. Our Workforce Health Activation System™ brings programs, benefits, resources, and care together through one integrated framework: Culture strengthens the workforce, Care supports the whole person, and Clinical improves health outcomes. Our proprietary Readiness to Change model personalizes the experience around what each person needs, is interested in, and is ready to act on. That could mean helping an employee complete an overdue cancer screening by explaining why it matters, where to go, and which benefit can help. For someone experiencing financial stress, it could mean connecting them to relevant education, coaching, or employer resources and giving them one achievable next step. For organizations, Navigate makes every benefit and resource more valuable by increasing discovery and utilization, directing attention toward high-value actions, and providing evidence of reach, behavior, and risk movement. Navigate supports hundreds of organizations, from emerging businesses to Fortune 100 companies to health plans, PBMs, and broker partners. Our industry-aligned Client Success teams understand the realities of each workforce and help clients turn insight into coordinated strategy, meaningful action, and measurable improvement on the outcomes that matter most. Our purpose is simple: Do Good Things. The opportunity ahead is significant. Organizations continue to invest in benefits, healthcare, wellbeing, and workforce resources, yet people are still left to determine what matters, where to turn, and what to do next.
