Palantir Epic & PI Management: Manage Epics and PIs as custom Object Types within Foundry s Ontology, orchestrating PI Planning using interactive Palantir Workshop dashboards and Notepad documents to map visual object links. Palantir Sprint Tracking: Organize data-centric sprints (e.g., finalizing a writeback function or PySpark transform) using Foundry Tasks rather than traditional flat ticketing databases. Custom Metrics & Live Reporting: Build custom analytical workflows in Palantir Contour or Quiver to track velocity and bottlenecks, presenting real-time, interactive data apps directly to federal clients during Sprint Reviews. Government Liaison & Scope Control: Translate complex Agile metrics into formal status reports for government Contracting Officer s Representatives (CORs), balancing Agile flexibility with rigid federal Statement of Work (SOW) boundaries. Security & ATO Gatekeeping: Ensure all development work aligns with federal security requirements (e.g., FedRAMP controls, Authority to Operate / ATO conditions) before it is slated for a release train.
