Ability to create pixel-accurate, responsive interfaces and diagnose UI issues across browsers, devices, screen sizes, and modern front-end frameworks.
Working knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, AODA, semantic HTML, ARIA, keyboard navigation, screen-reader testing, and automated accessibility tools.
Experience with Figma design-to-code workflows and automated component, accessibility, and visual-regression testing using Playwright, Storybook-based testing tools, axe, or comparable tools.
Experience with code review, version control, CI/CD, debugging, and modern development toolchains.
Working knowledge of DevExpress, Telerik Kendo UI, Tailwind CSS, Azure DevOps, and responsible use of AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
