At Allstate, great things happen when our people work together to protect families and their belongings from life’s uncertainties. And for more than 90 years, our innovative drive has kept us a step ahead of our customers’ evolving needs. From advocating for seat belts, air bags and graduated driving laws, to being an industry leader in pricing sophistication, telematics, and, more recently, device and identity protection.
Job Description

Translate strategy into measurable outcomes using clearly defined KPIs related to growth, quality, efficiency, adoption, automation, and stability.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Digital Product Managers, fostering strong product thinking and outcome ownership.
Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, UX, Data, Operations, and Business Architecture to deliver integrated end-to-end journeys.
Act as the journey-level integrator, proactively managing dependencies across teams and platforms.
Share accountability for delivery health, platform stability, risk management, and compliance.
Communicate product strategy, progress, risks, and outcomes effectively to senior stakeholders.
Essential Skills
Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading digital product strategy across complex platforms or multi‑product portfolios
At least 2 years’ experience directly leading, coaching, and developing Product Managers or equivalent cross‑functional roles
Demonstrated experience influencing senior leaders, with evidence of partnering across Engineering, Data, UX, and Business teams to achieve agreed outcomes
Proven experience defining, tracking, and using KPIs (e.g. adoption, efficiency, quality, or financial metrics) to drive product prioritization and decision‑making
Experience operating in a regulated environment, balancing strategic product leadership with hands‑on execution in fast‑paced delivery settings
Desirable Skills
Domain experience in Customer Identity and Access Management
Experience with Ping Identity platform.
Experience operating in large‑scale, enterprise technology environments
