Customer Success Lead at Corridor Funding

Job description

About Corridor Software development is becoming autonomous. The fastest teams already work this way, and at Corridor, we are leading the way on secure development as the rest of the industry follows. Security tools were designed for a world where a person wrote the code and a person reviewed it. That's changing quickly. Corridor is securing software factories. We are the security solution for software that builds itself at every level of autonomy. We are preventing vulnerabilities as agents write code, and guiding teams to help decide what's safe to ship. We're a talented team, led by Jack Cable (Former CISA - Secure by Design) and Ashwin Ramaswami (Former CISA, Stanford, and Schmidt Futures) with a $25M Series A led by Felicis and Conviction. Our customers include ElevenLabs, Lovable, Mercor, and Langchain. The Role We’re looking for a talented Customer Success Lead to support our customers and build the foundation of Corridor’s Customer Success function. Someone who is passionate about owning customer interactions and building processes to guarantee success. Creativity, ownership and autonomy are a given, we just need the right person and attitude! You’ll own relationships with a portfolio of customers while working closely with our business leaders to develop the playbooks, processes, and customer experience that will scale as we grow. This is a 0>1 and highly hands-on role for someone who enjoys working directly with customers while also helping build a function from the ground up. What You’ll Do - Build trusted relationships with security, engineering, and technical leaders and become a strategic partner throughout the customer lifecycle. - Lead onboarding, adoption, ongoing engagement, renewals, and expansion, ensuring customers consistently see value from Corridor. - Monitor customer health, identify risks and opportunities early, and proactively drive successful outcomes. - Turn customer feedback, usage patterns, and challenges into actionable insights for Product, Sales, and the broader team. - Help turn successful customers into advocates, references, and expansion opportunities. - Partner with the Head of Customer Security to build and improve the customer journey, playbooks, processes, and operating rhythm. - Test what works, document it, and help make it repeatable as the function scales. Who You Are - You’re a high-ownership customer operator who combines strong relationship skills with commercial and technical curiosity. - You have experience managing B2B customers and driving adoption, retention, and expansion, ideally in a technical product environment. - You’re comfortable working with security, engineering, infrastructure, or other technical teams and can quickly learn complex products. - You’re proactive and commercially minded, spotting risks and opportunities before they become problems. - You’re highly organized and comfortable operating without a fully established playbook. - You’re an excellent communicator who can build trust from individual contributors through executive stakeholders. - You enjoy moving quickly, taking ownership, and helping build something from the ground up. Qualifications - Hands-on experience within Customer Success, Account Management, Solutions, or another customer-facing role - Experience managing B2B customers through onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion - Ability to develop strategy and own execution - Experience with technical products, ideally cybersecurity, developer tools, infrastructure, or AI - Strong track record of building customer relationships and driving measurable outcomes - Comfortable working in an early-stage environment and helping build processes from scratch Equal Opportunity Corridor is an equal opportunity employer.
