Deliver profitability reporting and analysis that improves visibility into product, process, and program performance.
Program Financial Management
Develop and maintain program-level financial reporting across Product Ops.
Analyze revenue, cost, margin, and ROI performance to identify key drivers and improvement opportunities.
Build business cases, forecasts, and financial models to support investment and operational decisions.
Contribute to business reviews, prioritization discussions, and implementation planning through analytical and financial insights.
Business Intelligence & KPI Governance
Partner with Product Operations leadership and program owners to define KPIs and operational performance metrics.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that provide visibility into financial and operational performance.
Establish standardized KPI definitions, reporting methodologies, and governance practices.
Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and integrity across operational and financial reporting.
Required Skills
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Analytics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
5 years of experience in Cost Accounting, Manufacturing Finance, FP&A, Operations Finance, Business Analysis, or related discipline.
Experience developing and maintaining cost models, standard costing methodologies, and WMS/ERP system management.
Experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI.
Experience building financial models, business cases, forecasts, and ROI analyses.
Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting automation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Proven ability to partner effectively with Operations, Finance, and cross-functional business leaders.
Preferred Skills
Experience supporting manufacturing, refurbishment, reverse logistics, supply chain, distribution, or technology operations environments.
Experience developing KPI frameworks and operational performance reporting.
Experience with SQL, Power Query, Power Automate, or similar analytics tools.
Experience implementing automated reporting and self-service business intelligence solutions.
