Job description

8+ years of experience in software engineering with expertise in Cloud, APIs, and Microservices. • Strong experience with Conversational AI platforms and Large Language Model (LLM) integrations. • Proven ability to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-driven applications. • Strong Agile team player with excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights. • Experience in writing well-documented, maintainable code and preparing thorough technical documentation. • Good understanding of data governance and compliance standards. Knowledge of HIPAA and experience handling sensitive or regulated healthcare data is an added advantage. • Healthcare domain knowledge is preferred, including familiarity with: o US healthcare data structures (Medical Claims, Pharmacy Rx, Eligibility) o Coding standards such as ICD-10, CPT/HCPCS, NDC, and NPI o HEDIS measures o CMS Star Ratings o Medicare/Medicaid lines of business (preferred but not mandatory)
