Job description
Sales Development Representative at Unframe
About Unframe
Unframe is an AI-first startup helping the world’s largest enterprises bring LLM-powered applications to life in days - not months. We combine the speed of a product company with the flexibility of a consultancy, helping customers move from idea to deployed AI systems faster than anyone else in the market.
With over $100M in TCV secured within 12 months, and a new $50M Series B led by Highland Europe, Unframe is rapidly scaling globally alongside Fortune 500 customers, backed by Bessemer, Craft, and TLV.
About The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and relentless Sales Development Representative, to join our Sales team. This role is 100% focused on hunting, with a strong emphasis on cold calling, email outreach, and other outbound activities. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective enterprise customers and will play a crucial role in building pipeline and fueling Unframe’s next stage of growth.
What You’ll Do • Hunt for new enterprise leads via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn • Qualify prospects and set up meetings for the sales team • Research accounts and tailor outreach to decision-makers • Track activity in our CRM and iterate on messaging
What We are looking for • 1–3 years in outbound sales (BDR/SDR), ideally in B2B SaaS • Cold outreach prospecting experience • Fluent in English • Experience with tools like Outreach, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Lusha • Bonus: Experience with AI, data, or enterprise tech sales
Why Join Us?
You’ll be part of a fast-growing AI startup shaping how enterprise companies adopt and use AI in real-world products. You’ll work alongside a high-performance team with deep expertise across product, go-to-market, enterprise technology, and AI, in an environment that values collaboration, ownership, and impact. As Unframe continues to grow, you’ll have meaningful opportunities for career development and leadership while working in a flexible and supportive remote setup.
If you thrive in a performance culture with real backing behind you, you will win here.
