Job description

A special message from Neel Sus, Susco founder I'm looking for great developers who are genuinely excited about using AI to speed up every part of the software lifecycle, from discovery and design through coding, testing, and delivery, and who want to build AI modules into client projects. You'll do well here if you like a fast pace, don't mind some pressure, and want to keep growing. This job isn't for everyone, and I'd rather be upfront about it. You'll use AI every day and help clients adopt it, so if you're skeptical of AI, this won't be a fit. AI may write a lot of the code, so I want people who care more about what the software does for the people using it than about who or what typed each line. We pick the best tool for the job, whoever made it, and we leave the politics of the people behind the tool out of it. We're always changing how we work and trying new things, so you have to be comfortable with change. The pace is fast and the stakes are real, so you need to stay steady under pressure. You'll be in front of client executives leading discovery and presenting, so you have to enjoy working with people, not just code. And we always deliver, even when it takes extra effort. If you want a job you can coast in, this isn't it. If that sounds like your kind of place, I want to meet you. Our vision is to enable organizations to grow revenue while growing headcount through technology solutions, including AI. Put simply, we want to help people stay employed. We put revenue growth first and efficiency second. When a client grows because of what you built, they hire. Susco is a proud American company, and I believe in the American dream: if you work hard, keep learning, and deliver, you can build something real. I want people who believe that too. If you like learning new tools and saying "I don't know yet" out loud, you'll do well here. Make today great.
