In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development. You will define and deliver foundational capabilities—spanning generative AI and agentic tooling, enterprise people data products, developer SDKs, and model evaluation frameworks—that power employee-facing applications across Google. Bringing a "Platform-as-a-Product" mindset and strong business judgment, you will treat internal product and engineering teams as your primary customers while keeping end-user value for Googlers front and center. You will partner with Engineering, Data Science, and UX to identify shared needs across the portfolio, ship intuitive self-serve platform capabilities, and drive measurable improvements in product quality, reliability, and delivery velocity.
