Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and industry experts to stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in HCM.
Grow and develop your teams — supporting workmates in building their careers, leveraging their strengths, and achieving their aspirations
About You
Basic Qualifications:
8 years of experience leading and developing large software development engineering organizations, including managing Directors and Senior Managers
10 years of experience managing software development engineering teams, building high-performing teams, and driving software development outcomes

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; Master s degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience
Other Qualifications:
Mastery of Decision Making in the context of leading global engineering organizations — you evaluate complex, high-impact options with clarity, balancing risk assessment and long-term technical strategy to drive sound organizational decisions
Recognized expertise in Engineering Leadership , with the ability to provide visionary direction and inspire innovation across a large engineering organization — you set the tone for technical excellence and foster an environment where teams do their best work

Our Approach to Flexible Work
With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role). This means you ll have the freedom to create a flexible schedule that caters to your business, team, and personal needs, while being intentional to make the most of time spent together. Those in our remote home office roles also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for important moments that matter.
