About the role and team
Working at Uber means solving hard problems in a high-stakes, fast-moving environment. As a Senior Account Executive for Retail, you will drive the expansion of our grocery and convenience partnerships, a critical pillar in our mission to deliver anything to anyone at any time. This is an intense, "startup-within-a-startup" environment where your work directly bridges the digital and real worlds to shape local communities.
The pace here is invigorating but can be challenging to maintain as you navigate the messy reality of large-scale negotiations and shifting internal priorities. We are looking for resilient, "go-getters" who thrive in ambiguity and possess the grit to push through tough conversations to secure long-term partnerships. If you are energized by high-stakes ownership and motivated by tangible real-world impact, this is where you’ll grow.
