Bolstered by the stability and transparency that come from being a public company, Beonic (ASX:BEO) aims to responsibly use technology to positively affect relationships between people and the places they visit. About the Role The Account Executive, Beonic Vision is a critical strategic hire to lead the commercial expansion of Beonic Vision — our new camera analytics software solution — across the North American market. Beonic Vision overlays advanced AI-driven analytics onto existing CCTV infrastructure, eliminating the cost and complexity of new sensor deployments while delivering precise insights into people movement, occupancy, queue dynamics and venue performance. Based in Anaheim and operating across the wider United States, you will be responsible for net-new logo acquisition and existing-customer expansion across Beonic’s priority verticals: airports, retail and retail property. You will hunt enterprise opportunities, build a qualified pipeline, lead complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and partner closely with Customer Success, Solutions, Product and Marketing to deliver against ambitious ARR targets. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for a proven enterprise seller who knows how to win against established camera analytics competitors in the US market. Key Responsibilities New Business Development Own the full enterprise sales cycle for Beonic Vision across North America — from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and close. Build and manage a healthy pipeline of net-new opportunities across airports, retail and retail property, with a clear focus on enterprise customers operating multi-site portfolios. Vertical Strategy & Account Targeting Develop and execute account-based sales plans for Tier 1 and Tier 2 prospects in each priority vertical. Identify the highest-value opportunities where Beonic Vision’s software-over-CCTV proposition delivers the strongest commercial advantage and accelerated time to value. Solution Selling & Stakeholder Engagement Lead consultative sales conversations with senior stakeholders across operations, IT, marketing, security and finance. Translate customer business problems into a clear Beonic Vision value proposition supported by ROI cases, technical proof points and reference customers. Pipeline Management & Forecasting Maintain disciplined pipeline hygiene in HubSpot. Provide accurate weekly and monthly forecasts to the CRO, supported by clear deal qualification (MEDDPICC or equivalent), risk assessment and next-step plans. Partner & Channel Engagement Work with US-based system integrators, CCTV vendors, security partners and consultants to extend Beonic’s reach and create joint go-to-market opportunities for Beonic Vision. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Solutions Architecture, Customer Success, Marketing and Product to ensure prospect engagements are well-supported, customer feedback is captured, and delivered opportunities transition smoothly into onboarding. Requirements Enterprise Sales Experience – Camera Analytics 5–7 years of demonstrable enterprise sales experience selling camera analytics, computer vision or video analytics software solutions into the United States market. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding ARR targets at the enterprise level is essential. Vertical Domain Knowledge Direct selling experience into one or more of Beonic’s priority verticals: airports, retail (multi-site retailers) and retail property (shopping malls, REITs). A strong existing US network within these verticals is highly valued. Complex Sales Cycle Management Demonstrated ability to lead long, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles with average deal sizes of US$100K–US$1M+ ARR. Experienced in navigating procurement, IT security review, legal and executive sign-off processes. Solution & Value Selling Skilled in consultative, value-based selling methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN or equivalent). Comfortable building business cases, ROI models and executive-level commercial proposals. Technical Fluency Sufficient technical literacy to credibly discuss CCTV environments, AI / computer vision concepts, integrations (REST APIs, JSON), cloud-based SaaS platforms and the operational realities of deploying analytics software into customer infrastructure. Communication & Executive Presence Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at every level — from technical operators through to C-suite executives. Tools & Systems Proficiency with HubSpot CRM (or equivalent), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and modern AI tooling (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) to drive sales productivity, prospecting and account research.
