Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (Java Full Stack Developer) for their Minneapolis, MN location. Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end business applications. • Build scalable APIs, microservices, and cloud-native solutions. • Develop front-end applications using React or similar frameworks. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver solutions. • Leverage AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices to accelerate delivery. • Participate in Agile development and contribute to CI/CD and DevOps initiatives Requirements: • 3-7 years of software engineering experience. • Strong background in Java and full-stack application development. • Experience with one or more of the following: • TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, C#, or Python. • Hands-on experience building APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications. • Front-end development experience using React or similar frameworks. • Knowledge of Azure, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, or other modern AI platforms. • Experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Codex. • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills • Preferred Qualifications • Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Agent SDKs, or multi-agent frameworks. • Exposure to AI agents, workflow automation, or LLM-powered applications. • Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and modern software delivery practices. • Experience in Healthcare, PBM, Insurance, or other regulated industries is a plus Why Should You Apply? • Health Benefits • Referral Program • Excellent growth and advancement opportunities

Must-haves
