And, you’ll work closely with our Product team, managing relationships with creative partners (photographers, designers, printers) and driving creative efforts to launch. You'll continually improve our go-to-market tech stack (Shopify, HubSpot, Partner.io, and beyond), identify bottlenecks before they slow us down, and champion the kinds of incremental improvements that add up to transformational change. As Copper scales, you'll build the operational backbone that ensures we move faster, ship better, and maintain consistency across every customer touchpoint. This is a role for someone who thrives delivering precision, in collaboration with others, and with continuous improvement.
